​Project Liftyboi was created in 2023 to support Han Training's mission of financial accessibility for all QTPOC community members. On-going reduced rate scholarships to Han Training are supplemented by Project Liftyboi funds in order to ensure Han Training can operate as an ethical and self-sustaining business. Additionally, annual events supported by Project Liftyboi include Han Training's Juneteenth Takeover and November Wellness weeks where QTPOC-only instructors are paid well to teach and QTPOC community members can attend without cost.
